This song is pretty key. Album is great as well.
Wikipedia says ‘Glam Rock’ last.fm says ‘Long Islands finest contribution to Wimp Rock’. Haha. I like that a lot.
Bowie’s In Space
February 20, 2010 | In Inspiration, Music, Music Video, VideoOriginal 1969 video for space oddity with the original recording of the song that’s more uptempo and differs quite a bit from the LP version. Love that circular flipped framing device as well.

February 10, 2010 | In Music, VideoSo I recently came across this LP for the Langley School Music Project which is all arrangements from the late 60s and 70s of children playing pop tunes. Watch the Documentary on it. There’s some amazing music on here.
Seattle (Again)
February 9, 2010 | In Output, PhotographyAnother short trip to Seattle to see friends. Photos, laughter, missteps, nueroticism, meetings, business, falling down, broken gear, letterpress, coffee tastings, food and drink and rain and moss.
Oh and obviously music. Constantly music (why are you making it harder?). Thanks to Carlos and Richard and the band for letting me sit in and shoot photos of them while they played. Great fun.
Seattle, let’s play pretend.
